BAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accepting this invite and attending the Event, I agree that my acts, poses, words and performances at the Event will be in good taste and will not reflect negatively on the image, reputation or business of the of the Basketball Africa League, BAL Properties, Ltd, the BAL teams and FIBA and the NBA, BA Properties, Inc. (‘Released Parties”), and grants full permission to each of the Released Parties (and each of their designees, agents and licensees), with no obligation to compensate me, to utilize my name, voice, statements, image, likeness, biographical data and/or actions in any live or recorded audio, video, film, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction or any derivative works thereof) made of, prior to, at, or after the Event in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context, without further authorization or compensation, and
represents that I have granted the Released Parties such permission.
BY ENTERING THESE PREMISES, YOU, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ANY MINOR ACCOMPANYING YOU (COLLECTIVELY, “YOU”):
(1) AGREE NOT TO TRANSMIT, DISTRIBUTE, MISAPPROPRIATE OR SELL (OR AID IN TRANSMITTING, DISTRIBUTING, MISAPPROPRIATING OR SELLING), IN ANY MEDIA NOW OR HEREAFTER EXISTING, ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT (WHETHER TEXT, DATA OR VISUAL, AND INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) PLAY-BY-PLAY DATA), PICTURE, VIDEO, AUDIO OR OTHER FORM OF EXPLOITATION OR REPRODUCTION OF THIS EVENT OR ANY SURROUNDING ACTIVITIES; AND
(ii) GRANT PERMISSION TO THE BAL (AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DESIGNEES AND AGENTS) TO UTILIZE YOUR IMAGE, LIKENESS, ACTIONS AND STATEMENTS IN ANY LIVE OR RECORDED AUDIO, VIDEO, FILM OR PHOTOGRAPHIC DISPLAY OR OTHER TRANSMISSION, EXHIBITION, PUBLICATION OR REPRODUCTION MADE OF, OR AT, THIS EVENT IN ANY MEDIUM, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER CREATED, OR CONTEXT FOR ANY PURPOSE, INCLUDING COMMERCIAL OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION OR COMPENSATION.
