You grant the event organizer, the platform, and their authorized partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display any images, video, or audio recordings in which you may appear. This includes use for marketing, promotional, advertising, and archival purposes across digital and offline channels.
If you do not wish to be included in such recordings, it is your responsibility to inform the event organizer in advance and/or avoid areas clearly designated as recording zones where applicable. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate requests, exclusion from all event media capture cannot be guaranteed.
By attending the event, you waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials and release the platform and event organizers from any claims arising from the use of your likeness in accordance with this policy.
