Event Tab
Step 1: Access Events Tab
- Log in to the Store Manager Web App.
- Click on the “Events” tab from the main navigation.
Here, you can set up your event by following the steps below:
- Fill in event details:
- Event Name
- Date & Time
- Venue/Location
- Description
- Event Name
- Click “Continue” or “Next”.
- Click “Add Ticket” to create ticket types:
- Paid Tickets (set price)
- Free Tickets (no charge)
- Paid Tickets (set price)
- Important: You can’t add complimentary tickets later—set them up before going live.
- Click “Create Event” once done.
Step 2: Event Details Page
After creating your event, you’ll be redirected to the Event Details page, where you can manage everything in one place.
This page includes three tabs:
- Overview
- Attendees
- Insights
(i)Overview Tab
In the Overview tab, you’ll find a summary of your event’s key details — along with a breakdown of all ticket types.
You can also:
- Edit or delete the event
- And send complimentary tickets to multiple attendees at once
(ii)Attendees Tab
The Attendees tab lists everyone who has purchased or received tickets.
Here you can manage:
Attendee information
Update ticket assignments
Resend tickets.
(iii)Insights Tab
The Insights Tab gives you a real-time analytics of the following:
- Tickets sold (by type)
- Revenue from paid tickets
- Conversion trends (views → sales)
- Ticket performance / sales growth data
- View a list of all your past and upcoming events, including:
- Event name & date
- Quick stats: ticket sales, attendees
- Action buttons: View, Edit, Promote, Duplicate, Archive
- Event name & date
Step 3: Ticket Management Rules
- No adding complimentary tickets later—plan ahead.
- Events, not individual tickets, can be activated or deactivated.
- To disable specific tickets, mark them as “Sold Out.”
- To disable specific tickets, mark them as “Sold Out.”
- You Cannot reorder ticket types once created.
